Returns & Exchanges

At Parla C&C, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

You can return or exchange products you have purchased within 14 days from the delivery date, provided they are unused, their original packaging is intact, and they are in a resalable condition.

Return and Exchange Conditions

• Products must be unlit, undamaged, and complete.

• In handmade ceramic products, texture and color differences due to the production process are not considered defects.

• Return and exchange conditions may vary for products purchased during campaign and discount periods.

Return Process

• After creating your return request, the product must be sent with the shipping information provided to you.

• Once the product reaches us, the inspection process begins.

• After return approval, the refund will be processed within 3-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

Exchange

• Exchange requests are processed subject to stock availability.

• If the requested product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

Important Information

For hygiene and safety reasons, used candles, lit products, and custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange.
