Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between Parla C&C (“Seller”) and the customer (“Buyer”) who makes purchases through the website www.parlacandle.com under the following terms.

1. Subject

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website.

2. Seller Information

3. Buyer Information

The Buyer is identified by the name, address, phone, and e-mail information declared in the system during the order.

4. Product Information

The type, quantity, selling price, and payment information of the products are as stated on the order confirmation screen and on the invoice.

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days following payment confirmation.
Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping company and the recipient's address.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal without stating any reason within 14 days from the date of product delivery.

For the right of withdrawal to be exercised:

  • The products must be unused, unlit, and their original packaging intact.

  • Texture and color differences resulting from the production of handmade ceramic products are not considered defects.

7. Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

  • Used or lit candles

  • Custom-made products

  • Products that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons

8. Return Process

Upon arrival, the returned product is inspected by the Seller. Following return approval, the product price is refunded to the Buyer within 3-10 business days, depending on the payment method.

9. Payment

Payment is made through the payment methods offered on the website. Your payment information is not stored in our systems.

10. Force Majeure

The parties cannot be held responsible for situations beyond their control that prevent the performance of the agreement.

11. Authorized Court

In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized, according to the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Commerce.

12. Effectiveness

By confirming this agreement on the website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions. This agreement becomes effective upon order confirmation.
